Testosterone with EQ-Bold as well Anavar perfect stack to achieve quality gains
 
You will definitely need to eat more for growth which is why I would use deca. Besides that, a low dose of test would be great. I don't think you need to run EQ with that stack though. Just test and deca should be great.
 
You will need to do a lot of work on your diet with fixing your eating. You seem to likely not be getting anywhere near the caloric intake that you need
