They have healed. They wont get more healed after 2 years.
Apply heat/cold(3 min of each, several times), n2joint rx, minerals and vitamins and rest would do, depending on your age

Not a supplement but HGH is the best thing for healing. Maybe you are dealing with pain and not necessarily needing to heal.
