I felt a bit sluggish this morning, but it went away after I got warmed up in the gym. Sleep was a bit better last night, I managed to get 7 1/2 hours. Physical therapy was incredibly difficult today. I’m assuming it was because I went about an hour after I left the gym. Today was a bit longer, my workout ran a little over 90 minutes.
