Bros I never really liked mushrooms what's your secret to eating them
My taste buds have just changed over the years. When I was in my 20’s & early 30’s I didn’t much care for them, but in my late 30’s and 40’s now I love them. Sometimes I sauté with olive or avacado oil, sometimes with oil and a dash or two of Worcestershire, but mostly just raw now to cut down on extra calories and sodium.

Had a great workout today. Sleep was not as good as the prior night but still managed to get a solid 7 hours in. The knee is still holding up well. I increased my food intake a bit today as I was still losing weight. I also added another meal to spread things out a bit.


PEDs:


200mg test cypionate (weekly)
2iu hgh
250/250mcg bpc157/tb500
20mg Ibutamoren


Supplements:



Ghost multivitamins
5 gram creatine
4200mg Fish oil



Exercise:



140lb one arm landmine barbell row 3x9
75lb incline two arm dumbbell row 3x9
285lb seated cable row 3x12
140lb wide grip lat pulldown 5x20
45lb stiff arm pulldown 3x20
295lb hyperextension machine 3x20
295lb crunch machine 3x20
Hanging leg lifts 3-way 3x20



Diet:



12:00 meal



2 cup low fat cottage cheese
3 tbsp raw honey
12 oz blueberries
2 oz walnuts
2 bananas



4:00 meal



12 oz organic free range chicken breast
1 cup red quinoa
1 avacado
2 cup steamed broccoli



6:00 meal



9 oz free range chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
4 organic carrots
2 cup roasted Brussel sprouts



Post workout meal



2 cup unsweet almond milk
30 gram Quinoa protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds



Side note:



I will be switching to just tb500 later this week and dropping the bpc157. I’m still having a little swelling around the knee so I’m dropping the bpc to see if the swelling will go down if I stop injecting near it.

I would say post workout you can do more protein, I know it's pea protein you got, how about chicken breast?

I just had my patellar tendon wired back together almost 9 weeks ago. So some is the swelling from the surgical scar healing, I’m just not sure if the daily injections near the knee are exacerbating the swelling or not.

I can probably add some meat post workout.

Today was a much needed rest day. I really took advantage of the time off today. Sleeps was great last night, I got a solid 8 hours in.
