I’m not exactly sure how but I slept for 11 hours last night. Maybe due to the increase in the hgh yesterday. I bumped it up to 8iu a day. Had a great workout today. I upped the sets and reps but kept exercises the same at the recommendation of my coach. I didn’t think I would be able to recover but this gear has me in peak condition.

I slept for around 10 hours. Sleep has been incredible the last couple days. Feeling a bit fatigued, I’m assuming it’s from the anadrol. I’ll be switching it out with anavar starting tomorrow. Had a great workout today. Still waiting to see the orthopedic surgeon for my mri results before I start lifting super heavy on leg days. Chilled at the pool the rest of the day.
