Sleep was amazing again, got a good 9 hours in. Today I managed to get another five 20 minute walks in. I think this will be where I stay for the next week or two. Doing too much vs not enough is a tough line to toe sometimes, but I’ll manage I’m sure. Today I got extremely hungry so I went out to a steakhouse for a nice dinner. I haven’t had a cheat meal in quite a while so I figured it was time.

30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds
