Last night I slept for around 8 hours. Had a bit of a slow start but the energy came as the day progressed. My workout was pretty good. I’m kinda babying the shoulder a bit so I didn’t do too much today. Was planning on cooking some turkey cutlets for dinner but the lady popped up and we ended up going for sashimi.
