What do you think about doing a carb-heavy meal pre-workout
I’m drinking a jug of Gatorade powder and then I’m also eating a large breakfast that includes eggs, bread, and raw oatmeal
I would say for breakfast I’m getting in at least 100 grams of carbs and then pre-workout I’m getting another 120 grams of carbs
those are my biggest carp meals of the day
is this a good strategy to grow muscles?
