creatine + bcaa’s for recovery

I’ve been reading some things on here where there are some conflicting information on using creatine and branched chain amino acids for recovery
right now my gym has a supplement rack and those are the top two selling supplements that guys are using post-workout
I’ve been trying both and not really noticing any differences but it’s only been a few weeks. Do you think I’m doing something wrong and should try something else?
 
there are top-selling because they're cheap but I'm gonna be honest with you BCAAs are a scam supplement in my humble opinion
we already get plenty in our diets supplementing it is just draining your wallet for nothing

I like creatine and bcaa
but you should try adding real protein like milk protein
 
You're not going to really notice much from those or any natural supplement. They are only supplements
 
i always recommend n2bm products
 
look at using hcgenerate it works great
 
n2guard is one of my favorites
 
i would go with n2bm all day
 
ostazol and cardazol are worth a look
 
i agree with n2bm, they have great products
 
If you are looking for better recovery, make sure you are eating enough protein and getting enough good quality sleep. Also, do not over-train.
