cutting cycle help

I know the difference between bulking and cutting obviously but I am halway through my first cycle of test and I am up 12 pounds without losing any fat. I don't look like what i imagined but i am stronger for sure. I want to also lose fat and have been on a calorie defict but am still stuck at 16%. how do i get ripped up ?

You need to lower calories, increase protein and add good AI and anti-estrogens.

End the cycle and diet. Or do the cycle and diet. Did you think the steroids were gonna rip you all on their own?

why are you using steroids to attempt to do this? you should just be going with sarms... you are going about this all wrong... from the sounds of it, you likely are not using an AI either... is that correct?

It is hard to see progress if you are running a good amount of testosterone when cutting. You will have some water weight and it may be difficult to see fat loss until you come off.
