(Week 2: Day 7)
My worries about lifting over my previous 1RM was overrated, no issues with yesterday's training. So far, so good with my cycling as well, I'll be taking 25mg Proviron + 25mg Aromasin today, will update my training log tomorrow. I'll also be raising the 1RM for the lifts in my "Workout B" session, till then, stay safe
