Do we need to supplement minerals too?

everyone talks about running a multivitamin but nobody talks about the minerals that we need in our body. Aren't things like calcium, magnesium, potassium, and that sort of thing also important for us?
If so is there a supplement that I should be taking for minerals instead of just taking a vitamin

I think you need to supplement minerals daily for sure. I use n2joint rx personally for my minerals with n2guard. Other guys not sure.
 
This is a great point! Minerals are 100% essential to life. I recommend and use Dr Bergs electrolyte powder. It’s the best on the market by far. You can order it online from multiple sites.

Yes. Shocking I know but they're called... can you guess... a VITAMIN AND MINERAL supplement. And most vitamin products contain them. GO READ THE LABELS

For sure man. Soil quality is absolute shit now from what it once was which diminishes the nutrients in food in general. I recommend either 3D multi or N2Guard.
 
Yes, these supplements are all around the place now. But before you start taking any kind of supplements, it is essential to consult a doctor to understand if it is right to give your body what you think it needs.
