Yeah, looks like I missed a few beats in the meal layout. Here's some clarification.
Weekends
Up at 4:30am, take a thyroid pill.
5:15am one protein drink (12oz) and water (16oz) and test cyp 0.15ml subq
Hit the home gym (back, chest, abs, arms, and legs) just 10r 2s.
Recumbent for about 45 min.
Another protein drink.
***Throughout the day, as I get hungry I drink a protein drink and might toss in a steak, chicken, or turkey.
Then random weekend things/fun
I stay away from all starches, soy (incl any other lecithin products). No alcohol, never smoke. Other than being fat as hell, Im otherwise healthy.
