effective dose for deca?

I’m also on anti biotics for an immune disorder. Talked to some people and seems like deca would be a good option for someone who is taking daily meds like me. Its more mild and liver safe.
What is a good dose to use it? Should I go with 200mgs or should I push for 400mgs? Goal is bulking.

for deca you should start with 200mgs and move from there bro

Considering that Decanoate is a "slow" ester, you should inject 200 mg twice a week. Gradual dose increases are not necessary. If this is your second cycle, I would prefer using NPP at 300 mg per week (100 mg EOD).

However, whatever dose you choose, I recommend adding testosterone at 300-400 mg per week and using stacks like:

Test Phenylpropionate 100 mg (or Propionate) + Nandrolone Phenylpropionate 100 mg - EOD (300 mg of each per week).

Test Cypionate 200 mg (or Test Enanthate 250 mg) + Nandrolone Decanoate 200 mg - twice a week (400-500 mg of one testosterone ester and 400 mg of Deca per week).

Mix both in one syringe.

Ran npp my first cycle at 400mg and 800mg test and the strength increases were insane. The bloat towards the end plus the overworked digestive system was draining. This round I’m going to use deca at 400mg and run it for much longer. I’m curious how it will work in a deficit, mainly to hold onto muscle and strength. I love nandrolone tho, I respond well to it so I’m sticking with it and adjusting my diet accordingly: bulk and cut.
