I’ve been following a dup program for my strength which is Daily Undulating Periodization
Which is a pretty standard way of training for strength and hypertrophy.
It’s when your sets and reps are constantly changing every workout but still over all focusing on progressive overload. I follow the weeks until my strength goes up and I hit a new PR and then I start back at week one of the program again. I’ll send some pics in the chat so you can get an idea

Now sometimes I will do different exercises for hypertrophy and just try and get as much volume as possible but I will always follow the compounds on this program because I find it helps my strength increase like crazy
 
my diet is nothing too special rn, just focusing on eating 4000cals a day, making sure I’m hitting 200g of Protien everyday.
My metabolism is very crazy it’s always been hard for me to put on weight so I can get away with eating more unhealthy foods and keeping my vascularity and leanness.
I eat around 6 eggs a day, plus one chicken breast and around 4 scoops of mass gainer.
The rest is just whatever I can get my hands on to get in more calories.
Sometimes I hit around 500-600g of carbs and I try and keep my fats on the lower end but it still comes to around 100g to 150g of fat a day
