so check this out i came up with a pretty cool drink that tastes really good before my workouts. I take a red bull drink, a monster drink, 2 scoops whey protein (chocolate flavor), banana, a scoop of pre workout, and fat free milk. I blend it in my blender and it is enough to last me a few days when i put it in the fridge. gives me a nice buzz for sure. is this something i can do for a while?
