Week 8 of 16 complete, still making good gains, really feel like the EQ kicked in over the last couple weeks. The tren is done for this cycle, only planned to do it 8 weeks. Diet staying consistent… have upped the carbs a little bit for a little more energy for the workouts. Current macro daily goals are 350 protein 250-275 carbs 60-80 fat, consistently staying in that range. Incline bench is up to 300lbs, for squats set 3-5 is 5 reps of 315, shoulder press up to 225. With the tren done the current gear is
400 mg test/week
500 mg eq/week
12 mg LGD4033 daily

And then 8 weeks test/eq/tren… dosages to come after I finish my research.
