Since I started fasting I feel less hungry during the day plus I don’t have time I’m to busy at work + not really hungry like Iv said before my goal is to more lose body fat than gain muscle I’m only really focused on building a bigger chest and biceps and shoulders I already have a big back (traps and lats) my triceps are pretty big honestly my legs are huge once I get to my ideal physique then I’ll focus on putting more muscle on and sustaining a low body fat percentage Iv worked construction since I was 13 (ironworking and pipefitting) so i don’t really care to much about pr and such cause I spent years muscling 2 ton beams into place carrying 100 pound pipe up 20 flights of stairs but because of that my lower back shoulders and knees arnt in good shape (at 16 I had a total knee replacement) just to add a little backround about what I do
