you need to get some nolvadex with some hcgenerate

20mgs tamoxifen and 5 caps hcgenerate

training, share your training sets and reps

Im also taking Ashwagandha , D3 , multi vits and fish oil.

I only took 2 months of 4-andro .... never taken anything before that except creatin, protien and small test boosters like Universal m stak or something like that

4 andro is suppressive, and you need a serm, not an otc herbal supplement... those are fine to just use on their own for a slight boost or as an addition to a true pct, but certainly not stand alone to recover from a suppressive cycle... i always recommend a full pct unless it is for most sarms only stacks, aside from the s23, lgd3303 and possibly yk11, however with 4 andro you could potentially opt for one serm but you certainly need one...

you are asking about using an aromatase inhibitor on a compound that has very little conversion to estrogen, so i would be careful using anything too strong... you should have done mid cycle bloodwork to see what kind of effect it was having.. none of us our psychics to know what sort of effect it has had on you but using one in hopes it is a pct on its own is also extremely flawed and incorrect thinking


the biggest issue here is you running a cycle, without a clear understanding of what exactly you are doing along without having all the facts of the compound you are using... i hope you learn from this because this is essentially a break of one of the main rules when cycling... you should know the compounds you are using inside and out along with having everything planned and ON HAND before you start any cycle.. asking this question now, at the end of the cycle is senseless man.. im not trying to be an ass but im trying to help you see how reckless that is so you do not do it again
