getting sleeping issues on cycle

Dosage is dependent on individual goals and tolerance, but 1000mg of test is a monster dose. It sounds like you may be having trouble tolerating that much, so I would considering cutting the test and deca in half or at least by 1/3 and see how you feel.

I am not a fan of masking the issue by throwing sleeping aids at it, but that's just me.\

With that much gear your heart rate and blood pressure are probably elevated which is what is giving you insomnia, what is your resting heart rate and BP? take 3 readings 5 minutes apart. I dealt with he same problem last summer I was on deca and it bloated me a lot my resting heart rate was 90 and bp went up and I was sleeping like crap. lmk
