Approved Log GW-0742, Andarine S4, S23 Two-month Cycle Log

Well... today I had a biceps/triceps workout after a two-day workout, I'm a swimmer.
Training:
Biceps. Alternately lifting dumbbells.
9 kg - 30 times (total)
9 - 30
15 - 20
15 - 20
20 - 20
20 - 20
20 - 20

Triceps. Working with the simulator.
20 kg - 20 times
20 - 20
30 - 20
30 - 20
40 - 12
40 - 15

I feel great, as for the working weight in the biceps curl - it went like a feather (half the last time, the last two approaches were with a huge cheating).
And... the desire not to stop! Those. Endurance has increased dramatically, including strength. Now I’m sure it’s not a placebo.
Heading there right direction

@Lexx2004 ah thats cool. I personally dont know much about Belarus but I know about muscles lol :) we all iron brothers here. No matter where you from.

Yes, definitely, and incrementally: endurance increases every day. With the same cardio work , the pulse decreases and breathing becomes easier .
good endurance up, but we need to see updates on training diet for us, keep going bro

- 20 kg - 20 times;
- 50 - 15;
- 70 - 12;
- 90 - 10;
next - working approaches:
- 105 - 5;
- 125 (last time it was 120) - 3;
- 127.5 (last time it was 120) - 3;
- 127.5 (last time it was 120) - 3.
I think it's not bad (moreover, I pressed the barbell more confidently, it seems that with a margin!

2. Thrust of the upper block:
- 36 kg - 15 times;
- 42 - 15;
- 51 - 15;
next - working approaches:
- 78 - 10;
- 78 - 10;
- 78 - 10 (it was hard)
- 78 - 10 (it was hard).

you doing any cardio?

Weekly report:
- the average value for calories (excluding two loading days) is 2728 kcal;
- the average value of protein per day is 215 grams;
- own weight – 99 (+1 kg compared to last Sunday; the load made itself felt).
good i like high protein, 1 day you can up the calories on sunday to LOAD

you doing any cardio?


Yes, I do cardio, but not to the same extent as before. I have a marathon behind me (yes, the time is 4 hours and 40 minutes, but it's more of a hobby).
Now I only do it at an easy pace + I walk at a fast pace (at least 5 km per day, usually more).
