Approved Log GW-0742, Andarine S4, S23 Two-month Cycle Log

Well, I was doing my legs today. I mean, I can not only eat burgers (I'm kidding, I keep a calorie deficit, and I'm also going to cut 2-5% a week):
1. Press the platform with your feet (all approaches are done clearly, under control, the time of one approach is 30-45 seconds; rest between approaches is 4-7 minutes):
-140 kg for 15 times;
-140 by 10;
-240 by 10;
-240 by 10;
-360 by 8;
-360 by 8;
-360 by 8;
-360 by 3 (failure).

Rest for 10 minutes.

Interval leg press 7 sets of 7 times (rest between sets of 40-60 seconds):
-190 kg for 7 times;
-190 by 7;
-190 by 7;
-190 by 10;
-190 by 10;
-190 by 10;
-190 by 10.

The training session took 80 minutes.
@Lexx2004 keep pushing but add more volume on 15 reps bro

How do you feel:
Everything is fine, there were some problems with sleep right away. now they're gone (added valerian before going to bed); I feel very good. Definitely the stack is working, we continue.
There are also no problems with libido - all my ladies are happy with me.
you should add melatonin with valerian try it

Hello everyone Unfortunately, I didn't have time to constantly throw out work reports (let me remind you, the goals were to dry out and improve the form in two months): work, family, plus now I'm getting a second higher education (the first is chemical engineering). But there was no question of any diet and departure from the goals and training program. In the end, here's what happened, a photo report:

As for me, there is progress. This is certainly not what you could dream of, but it’s better than two months ago. I started with 98.5 kg - now I weigh 96 kg.
@Lexx2004 you look great, good improvements but you can make more progress if you update us more :)
body is tight, good abs and chest/arms getting bigger

it would be good if you can share more training and diet, at least 1 time/week can you update us?
