Help me please need rep

I’m a 44 year old man who was put on TRT by doctor with androl gel. No affect at all. I started using SYN T400 1ml every Sunday. I was 210lbs about 6 months ago. I was pretty fat around stomach I did 4 months of anavar three times per day along with winstrol 2 per day I forget the mg size. Now I’m using Anadrol and will do so for winter once spring comes winstrol with anavar agin I think. I think maybe I should keep a journal but haven’t really been doing that it’s all in memory.

@Rich_coe a log is something you need to start to get proper guidance from the community
its not hard to do and we'll guide you

you need to start a NEW thread with your diet training cardio sleep supps you doing now and we modify it from there and guide you

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

example: My TRT cycle Diet Training Log
in body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training and we will help you along on your cycle

very important you get your log Journal going as soon as possible
we need to see your full diet and training and we need to see the results
