Easy with the peer pressure my friends there’s only so much time in the day and I’m a very busy father of five lol. My diet consists on fruit and oat meal in the morning most day. Some days only fruit. I eat left overs from night before normally veggies and meat my meal at night is small. Normally veggies and meat. By veggies I mean all of them. Meat beef chicken some times pork not very often. Salads garden salads vinegarette dressing home made only. I don’t eat any breads as of a month ago or so and not pastry’s.
