Hgh experience

My hgh experience in almost 4yrs of taking it has changed me in ways thats hard to explain. But ill brief you of what has happened so far. Before i even decided to start taking it i had very good genetics and it has made me 10 times better of how i feel and changed my body composition completly. My agility and strength has tripled. I just take 2ius every night before bed. My opinion i think lower doses is more effective than higher doses your body is able to utilize it better. And the benefits are better and less sides. Hgh is not for everyone. Some ppl doesnt benefit from it like other ppl do. And you cannot just take it for just 3 or 4 months and go off of it you more less wasted your money. You have to take it consistently for 6 months to a yr before the benefits start to happen. Same if you decide to start taking a dose of 4ius. You cant take 4ius for a few days or off and on it has to be consistent taking 4ius for long period of time to benefit ftom it. And facts yes hgh melts off fat but i quote your diet has to change for that to happen. Eating alot of junk with a slow metabolism you will not lose no matter how high your dose of hgh is. Consuming alot of sugar and hgh does not work well with your body period. You will end up with hgh gut boated look and your health will go down hill. Iv seemed to notice that my body does well with high protien, high fat, low carb diet. I eat alot of red meat,eggs, nuts, cheese and low glycemic veggies like broccoli, spinache, green beens, etc. I literally feel like im 20yrs old everyday by my change of eating habits. Know what foods work well with your body. If you take care of your body it will take care of you. Thats my opinion...

your training routine

and how much hgh are you actually using daily and how many days off

You going to give us a good detailed log? more info about your training diet and actual doses weekly
