#2. DB Lateral Raises - 60 secs
#3. DB Front Raises - 60 secs
#4. DB Reverse Fly's - 60 secs
#5. DB Rear Delt Row - 60 secs
#6. Side Plank (Right & Left Side) - 120 secs in total (60 secs per side)
#7. Russian Twist - 60 secs
#8. V Pulses - 60 secs
