So serious question and I would like to get some tips from you on different strategies when it comes to avoiding injuries when weight training
seems like everybody that I become friends with at the gym who’s older complains about some sort of injury that they’ve gotten
is it possible to truly avoid injuries by doing certain things or is getting injured just part of this game we all love
should I have voice certain exercises?

sleeping correct form is going to be the best way to do it
also you have to do maintenance on your body which means stretching and Mobility work

stretching and a lot of yoga
no heavy weights on shoulders

you need to learn how your body works that's important too

pro athletes spend more time warming up and they do actually playing

yes weightlifters are too much into ego that's the main issue why they get hurt

up getting good quality sleep is the best way to recover

proper nutrition and lots of fasting as well

learning that the best time to recover is not when you're at the gym

you're going to have some good results just keep grinding
