I do not currently fast but I do coach people and love fasting for pure weight loss, gut health and fixing countless other health issues. Now with new peptides and research chems it makes fasting a lot easier as well as just everyday life when super lean.
I’m going to preface this with I do not recommend this to clients this is purely what I’m currently doing. Yes I know it is a lot of different things but I don’t diet down often and I wanted to see what all the hype was about and let’s just say it’s real! I’ve never felt better while being this lean. I refuse to recommend anything to clients that I have not personally tried and know the ins and outs of what to expect and what to look for. These are not all for fat burning and I try to limit exposure to clen, ephedrine, t3/t4, dnp, tren, etc so my goal was to find something that worked as good if not better without the cardiac stress.
