how to prevent strength stalling?

Newbie
Been working on my bench pressing. Worked my way up from about 225 lbs up to 260 lbs over the past year. However I have currently been stalled out for the past month at the same weight and the more I push to get stronger the more I keep failing.
I’m not dealing with any injuries or anything that would be causing this to happen. What am I doing wrong and how can I get away from stalling on my strength?
 
try changing up your work out maybe change your split from 3 days to 4 days
 
sometimes doing a deload will help recharge things
 
change things up. even changing gyms and getting a new environment goes a long way
 
your strength will stall out which is normal. you need to keep grinding
 
push yourself a bit more and force strength and growth improvements but don't push yourself where you get injured
