how would you use deca and test?

I’m looking to use testosterone and deca together on my next cycle
my initial plans was to go 400 mg of each per week for 12 weeks
but I’m not sure if these ratios make much sense
this is why I’m asking for your advice
I’m 5’6” 185 lbs and about 14 or 15% body fat and I’m looking to put on some good quality muscle mass

When I run a test Deca cycle I typically keep my test about 500 and Deca around 350 and get good results.

test and deca easy
300mgs test
200mgs deca
20mgs dbol
7caps n2guard

if you want to bulk then those doses will work

if you want more of a lean bulk then run testosterone much lower but either way I recommend proviron with it

i am not a fan of deca, too much issues with deca gut, i like primo more

do 300mgs deca and 200mgs test with proviron
