Approved Log J Fat to Fit LOG

About Me: Hello everyone I'm J, and this is my first ever log! I've been training naturally on and off my entire life, and finally decided that for the new years I'm going to make a change in my lifestyle and overall well being! I'm writing this log to keep me on track, and have a journal of my journey. About a year ago my average weight was always around 210lbs until I was first prescribed some medications for my mental health and stopped working out and rapidly gained 60lbs. I'm giving myself a little time to get everything to start 1/1/24 the New Year so I can begin my new lifestyle!
Age: 23
Height: 5'10
Weight: 270lbs
BMI: 38.7
Total T: 189L
Sleep: 8-9hrs

Goal: Loose weight fast, Eat Better, Live better. Once Ive established a solid foundation of weight loss, and muscle building I'd like to dabble into the world PEDs to help me reach that dream physique I've always dreamed of.

Diet:
Drink: Only water - minimun 1/2 gallon a day
10am Breakfast- Protein oats
11am- Workout
2pm Post workout meal: Shake- 1 banana - 1 scoop of protein - handful of spinach - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
7pm Lunch: 1 Chicken breast, 1 cup of jasmine rice and some broccoli
12am Dinner [after work]: Sandwich- 2 slices of low-carb bread, 1 egg, 1 slice of low sodium ham
1am- Sleep

Training: 30mins of rowing everyday along with a 4 day split throughout the week
[Once I start on New Years I'll post my reps and weight for each workout since I'm limited to a home gym]
Monday - Chest/Biceps 3x10
Wednesday - Quads/Hamstrings 3x10
Friday - Shoulders/Triceps 3x10
Sunday - Back/Calves/Abs 3x10

Supplements:
B12-1000mcg
D3-5000ui
Men's multivitamin-photo

Thinking About:
Starting N2Generate to help with my low T? Thoughts? Alternatives?
Eventually starting MK-677 to help with sleep and build muscle? Thoughts? Alternatives?

Suggestions? Please I'm more than happy to take any advice, guidance or suggestions anyone has for me, thanks!

ONE YEAR UPDATE: Its been a year, and I'm back.. I originally wrote this log to hold myself accountable, but the only thing I accomplished was a lack of action, and dedication! But here i am again, I'm finally in the perfect headspace, and life situation to start taking my health seriously. Ive made all the necessary investments [gym membership, supplements, food, macro tracker] and feeling pretty motivated! As far as stats go, they are basically the same, I did blood work recently with nothing out of the norm, as far as T goes I haven't tested since last year, but fully aware it'll re-stabilize as i shed the extra weight. I managed to receive a couple Ozmepic pens in the time I was gone, and they worked like magic, with no side effects! Unfortunately I'm now aware I need to make a lifestyle change to keep the weight off after Semaglutide which is in the works! With that being said it was a constant battle with my insurance to get it covered, so i decided to make my first Naps order, and order it there instead! I made my order last Wednesday so I'm still waiting, but very excited!

Hey brother I’m in the same boat as you. I took 5 years off Anabolex after a failed log and now I’m back, like you. One word of advice… you will never need to be in the right headspace to accomplish your goals brother it takes balls. With that I bid you good luck 🍀. I’m excited to see you reach a new found level of confidence and success. Ps… the f*ckin Ronnie head on your original photos made my day bro.

Consistency is key for long term success, not motivation or feeling good that day, I completely agree. My lifestyle was a mess and completely uncoordinated. I quit smoking the herb, and nic 5 months ago. Feeling pretty awesome about it! It was somewhat of a snowball effect to start take my health more serious. Ive been eating better, meal prepping, tracking all my macros, sleeping better, etc. Now its time to incorporate the gym to maximize the gains! I bought a year long membership to a local gym, and start my workout routine tomorrow!

No problem, I'll add some shortly! My goal is to loose 80lbs in roughly 10 months to hit the 190lbs mark then get off the semaglutide to start carving an ideal physique from the new base! Ive got a lot of fat to shed, but I'm ready for the challenge!

I recently quit smoking cigarettes too, it was so hard to quit because just like the herb you feel like you need it to do certain things. I would smoke a square before and after a workout like a f*ckin thug I can’t even tell you how heart breaking it was to be chained to that vice like a beat dog. It had my number since I smoked my first marboro red. These days I’m off them and my blood pressure is perfect

It’s mostly all belly fat. The rest of your body is under control. You have a good chance of getting this sh!t done this time bro.
Hell yeah appreciate the support brotha! Once I'm close to my 190lbs goal I'm going to start doing research for my first cycle ever, probably something super simple yet effective to dip my toes in. Until then, Ill make sure to do weekly check-ins here, and keep everyone updated on progress! I'm ready, and I'm pumped to finally commit!

We really did miss you all this time.

It's great to see you back though.

That's completely Okay That you took a long time off.

Just fire up the log again and let's do this.
