Jay Cutler training videos?

I’m wondering how many of you have seen the Jay Cutler videos where he is training. Seems like he goes balls to the wall and goes Super heavy and goes to failure on every set.
I’ve been training for the past two years and my progression has not been that great. But I thought to myself if he’s training like that then maybe I should switch up my training and start training more aggressively like that.

if you want to train like jay you need genetics
you also need food intake and gear
 
Anyone's training videos on social media are going to be overblown and exaggerated that's just the nature of how to get clicks

in reality do you really see people training like that ever at a gym no you don't
weight training is truly a controlled thing where proper form needs to be done
 
Pro bodybuilders have incredible genetics that is very important
 
would you train like a professional soccer player if you wanted to get better at soccer of course not
 
Jay Cutler is one of the best bodybuilders of all time you should watch him for motivation
 
I'm a big fan of Jay but he definitely is falling off the past few years
 
I much prefer to follow Ronnie Coleman I think his training makes more sense compound lips are important

Those are old ones and he never went crazy heavy even then. Indeed he's talked about this since.
