I currently have a lot of knee and elbow pain
they hurt when I work out and also when I am waking up in the morning. it feels very cold and hard in my joints and I have to move myself around to get things warmed up
do you think this could result from some type of vitamin or mineral deficiency and if so what do I need to take to help with this issue.
