legs, legs, legs, why thou not grow? Lol

I’m pounding my legs so hard and not seeing any growth and its frustrating me!
Was hoping you could give me some advice when it comes to building up my legs so that they can grow bigger from here.
Right now I am training them 2-3x a week and doing about 15 sets per session. Do you think I should decrease the frequency and increase the volume? Or do you think I should keep things the same?
 
honestly once every 5 or 6 days is the max you should train legs
 
you can get away with training that often but only at low volume
 
you want to be wary of injuries that can set you back if you overtrain

It looks like you overdid it bro, I do legs 2 times a week, so that the body has time to recover.
