Nah its just the way my chest is. Always been that shaped way. I hate it. Cant do anything about it but lift and try to form the bottom middle more. Didnt take it negative. Ive been asked about it before

Morning
Weight gainer shake
1300 call
400 carbs
74 g protein
Has bcca, glutamine omega 3 digestive enzymes

Mid morning
Protein bars or snack like fruit or granola bars

Lunch
Chicken wrap or cheese burger and fries
I do construction and do not bring lunch and won't. I eat what's around. Idc

Mid day
Protein shake or small meal

After work out
Protein shake

Dinner
Whatever we make for dinner or have
Always a meat with carbs and vegs

Small meal couple hours after dinner
If didn't have enough protein will do another shake
 
Weight is up 15 lbs all solid no water weight. Dry and vascular as shiiiit. Crazy strength, def up every week. Main lifts all up big time. More each week. This is the best cycle I've ever ran by far. These compounds are great. Plus helps I know exactly the best way to train for size and what works for me. Been doing it for sooo long
