Training is ok...just feeling tired lately. Getting enough sleep and my diet is solid
260 grams of protein
250 grams of carbs
70 grams of fat
ROUGHLY, as I am not counting macros right now. Still eating clean, but I had a couple days where I cheated at family events and when I say cheated...I ate a taco bowl with no wrap or shell, just lettuce, tomatoes cheese and salsa, but the ground beef had taco seasoning on it and I know it was loaded with salt. I could feel the water building under my skin hours later LOL
Glute/Ham Dominant Day yesterday was frustrating. I am having trouble getting my hamstrings to fire right the last two weeks. Not sure why. Tried to pre exhaust them with curls before hitting stiff legged DL, which helped, but just not feeling them activating like I should. I adjusted my glute/ham raise positioning a little which helped. Could be tight hip flexors...not sure.
I have been on BPC-157 and TB-500 for just over 7 weeks and I will be out of this round of BPC-157 in about three days and I am taking a break. Going to finish the bottle of TB-500 next week and then take a break from that as well.
The Sermorelin is still going strong and I have multiple bottle left. My sleep has definitely improved, but I cannot say if I am experiencing any substantial muscle or strength gains as a result of it. No sides that I can tell.
Being on nearly 500 mg of test weekly it is tough to know how Sermorelin is effecting me.
250 mcg/day is a small to moderate dose. Thinking about bumping it to 500 to see what happens.
Still waiting on my blood test results measuring IGF and testosterone. Obviously my test levels will be jacked, but I am VERY curious to see how the Sermorelin has effected my IGF levels.
