You should have done bloodwork before hand , thats very important anytime you use anything..
i definitely do not prefer the powder form personally, and would have opted for the gels or liquids, because many dont quite understand how to use the powder, whether by measurement, or attempting to turn to liquid etc but if you do then thats great.. you should definitely be at 25 mg per day.. you dont notice hunger right immediately but generally within the first week.. not everyone gets lethargy at all but you should get enhanced sleep within the first few weeks as well .. i would recommend dosing right before bed
