Is this forum sponsored by n2guard or does everyone just get kick backs from it? It’s the only thing I ever see recommended. Stomach issues n2guard, cramps n2guard, issues with lab work n2guard. I’m starting to think we should all save some money and only take n2guard.
Pre gym 1-1.5l of water with hydration powder add sea salt and Na salt (potassium), mega multi mineral by solaray is also a good addition but honestly if it’s a reoccurring issue I’d probably see if it’s a mobility issue or have labs drawn to check and make sure it’s not something more.
