90lbs 2x10 each position high, low, med really focused on time under tension on the squeeze. I always focus on that and literally think about the muscle ripping and getting bigger and stronger every workout I do. Usually I like to hold 3-5 seconds per lift and also focus on a controlled slow release.
Breakfast was 6 eggs, greek yogurt w blueberries, large cup of beet juice and water.
Not sure what's for dinner but it will consist of meat and rice for sure and some veggies.
