Upper body has been a lot more reps w less weight. I've got a match in 28 days for 1k. So just taking it easy 1 heavy day a week that's all right now. I'll be crushingbit tomorrow and give an up date as soon as I'm done.

Feeling great. Just started para pharma long stack 300. Test, tren, mas. Going to run that for six weeks, injections every 2 day Monday, Thursday, Sunday. The following injections would be Wednesday, Saturday, Tuesday and so on. After the six weeks I'll go to doing test 250 every 4 days for another 4 weeks. 10 week cycle.

Doing a lot of hand and wrist workouts for hooking, pronation, and riser for my match. For sure doing minimum 50 pull ups a day and some core shit. But nothing to crazy just staying fresh and strong.
At this point it's about keeping everything tight and right and recovering. Definitely making small gains on some lifts but not pushing it. It's all about being tight and connected so just a lot more reps, slower, and focusing on techniques and form and positioning.
