Approved Log My 1st Testosterone Enanthate Anavar Cycle Log

I'm thinking my end of year goal is to join the 1000lb club. I want my bench to be at 350lb, my squats to be at 600lb, and then deadlift just has to pass 200lbs but im going to shoot for 600lbs as well. I'm hoping by the end of this month my bench can reach 300lbs and my squat can at least get to 400lbs by the end of my cycle. I've only used test so far at 400mg and got very great results and just started masteron and about to start my var as well. Wish me the best of luck because my gym routine has been working wonders with strength and some size.

I haven't maxed anything out fully yet. But these numbers should be very close still.
Bench 245lbs 3 times.
Squats 260 6 times
Deadlift havent done any. Been trying to strengthen my back and legs first to avoid injury because my lower back has been a weak point for me. It has got much better though and looking at starting deadlift in the next couple of weeks.
Keep in mind I'm doing all this with very limited resources in not in an actual big gym. It's a small gym with no specialized machines or anything.
 
That’s not bad start right there. And I think year end goals you see are attainable but be careful doing 1 rep max. I use a calculator to determine how many reps I push out at a certain weight equals what for 1RM so I’m not pushing my body to an injury point.

There’s an app on IPhone and I’m sure on android to called 1RM that does all the formulas for you and you just put in weight and reps and it spits out your 1RM plus the reps you need to do to be at a certain percentage of your 1RM
 
Bro I appreciate it! I was saying in previous posts my genetics might be much better then I ever thought just never knew. At the start of this is was benching 135lbs and after a month I just hit 245lbs. I'm hoping by the next 2 weeks i can hit 300lbs. I need 3 plates in my life lol and yeah my pecs are starting to come together and I'm very happy on my progress so far it's exciting. I really didn't think I would have moved up this fast on my progress especially just on test at only 400mg a week lol
3 plates on bench is pure strength. Like raw honest strength. Anything above that, you are special for sure. 225 is athletic type strength like dad type strength pretty average. Love bench so much! Got my form mastered now… took me 13 years. So many variations. Besides standard bench I like variations like guillotine and reverse grip. Or super wide. Lot of pec development going on with just one bar and one Bench!

Always wear a belt with deadlift bro. I got two deviated discs and a tear in my L5-6 from a measly ass 315 deadlift with improper form
