Approved Log My 1st Testosterone Enanthate Anavar Cycle Log

I forgot to mention also that I haven't worked out in 8 years. Well I mean I've worked out some months off and on but wasnt on TRT so I didn't get much accomplished. So on this journey I specifically chose testosterone so it would bring up my testosterone levels in order to get gains in the gym. I just upped the dose past trt to make gains a bit faster. So I thought I'd mention this because it did seem important.

Another log guys. I been really trying to keep up with these logs and do my best to be transparent for everyone, because lying to yall and lying to myself is not going to help me any. With that said I did cheat on my diet. However It wasn't the absolute worst cheat but still cheated for this week. I ate 2 peanut butter cookies. And i did eat lunch as well. This was last night though. Anywhom I did punish myself with a hellashious Leg day. As a matter of fact I about spewed them cookies back out lol I did 4 sets of squats at 15,12,10,8 reps. Went for a 5th set and failed to do more then 3 reps so don't count it and I don't know why I thought it was a good idea to do really heavy weight for myself at the 5th set lol Then I hit Smith military presses for shoulders and got a good 4 sets in there with 15,10,8,til failure which was 6. Then went back to legs and hit them horrific leg extensions for 4 sets of 15,15,15,15. If I failed I waited 20 seconds and went back til completion. Then leg curls which were the same sets and reps. After all that I hit shoulders again with a power set of cables where you cross them in front and a 35lb plate raising it in front. 4 sets of that. Then finished with just single arm cable shoulder raises. I absolutely destroyed myself today that I feel like I got beat up by coach 🤣. He knows who he is lmao. My pip is still bothering me so I'm going to switch to ventro gluteal instead of dorso because I think I'm injecting subq accidentally because my needles aren't long enough. I really need to fix this because I feel so much pain everywhere and I need a break from it LOL. Haven't decided on what's for lunch but I'll post it in a bit. I already have lots of experience training and yall help me diet and stay motivated so this will only progress me further. Thanks family!
 
Hopefully you can get into better shape pretty quickly. Let's set a one-year goal.
I have a pretty crazy 6th month goal my friend. I'm hoping all my muscle memory comes back by then. I've had years of training so I'm confident in my ability to bounce back quickly especially since I'm still just 30. We are going to also see how far my genes take me because some how I usually manage to build strength fairly faster then most people. And with the help of yall I think in a year I'm going to look insane! If not I'll keep working at it anyways but I have faith in one hell of a transformation. I already know some people are on here thinking thats not possible but my genes will prevail i hope. Not trying to look like a bodybuilder even though I do feel like my genes would allow it i don't want that. But only time will tell.

Hey man I'm honest on my logs about all my successes and failures. I admit to my mistakes and I work hard. Can't wait to show everyone my 3 month after picture. Because towards the end I will shine I'm telling you. You're going to see a night and day difference i hope. If not hopefully you still at least see a good amount of change in muscle and fat at the very least.

Leg day today to my soul out of my body. I fucked myself up after eating 2 peanut butter cookies. I made sure to burn them calories right back off. I been eating so pain for 6 days I needed just a little bit of sugar and then paid for it in sweat and tears lol
 
Today's lunch is COD. But interesting enough the normal fish i eat is a fish called pangasius.

Also I did not do cardio today. I killed myself so hard in the gym that when I started on the treadmill I couldn't catch my breath very well and was feeling like crap. This is the first missed cardio session for the week. I may do it later and get it over with now that I'm cooled down. We will see
