Another log guys. I been really trying to keep up with these logs and do my best to be transparent for everyone, because lying to yall and lying to myself is not going to help me any. With that said I did cheat on my diet. However It wasn't the absolute worst cheat but still cheated for this week. I ate 2 peanut butter cookies. And i did eat lunch as well. This was last night though. Anywhom I did punish myself with a hellashious Leg day. As a matter of fact I about spewed them cookies back out lol I did 4 sets of squats at 15,12,10,8 reps. Went for a 5th set and failed to do more then 3 reps so don't count it and I don't know why I thought it was a good idea to do really heavy weight for myself at the 5th set lol Then I hit Smith military presses for shoulders and got a good 4 sets in there with 15,10,8,til failure which was 6. Then went back to legs and hit them horrific leg extensions for 4 sets of 15,15,15,15. If I failed I waited 20 seconds and went back til completion. Then leg curls which were the same sets and reps. After all that I hit shoulders again with a power set of cables where you cross them in front and a 35lb plate raising it in front. 4 sets of that. Then finished with just single arm cable shoulder raises. I absolutely destroyed myself today that I feel like I got beat up by coach

My pip is still bothering me so I'm going to switch to ventro gluteal instead of dorso because I think I'm injecting subq accidentally because my needles aren't long enough. I really need to fix this because I feel so much pain everywhere and I need a break from it LOL. Haven't decided on what's for lunch but I'll post it in a bit.
