its hard to say broI finally plateau at 305lbs on bench and am currently stuck there now. I've tried lifting 85% of that and can't do but like 4 reps. Anyways I tried wide grip inclines as well as regular incline and close grip bench for triceps to support my chest. Also I want to mention since I started this cycle my arms and hands been going numb at night. I'm thinking it's poor circulation do to blood thickness. What do yall think?
