Be careful with the energy drinks man. I have a buddy who has a kidney issue and the doc told him to stay off of them. If he has one, he has to water it down in half and drink it slowly. Not sure what is in it that causes the issue but thought I would pass it along.

So these are my most recent labs

And these are from 2 months prior. ALT was elevated in these also but had just finished cycle so figured that was why and clinic recommended that I cut back on creatine, I stopped creatine altogether and started drinking more water and kidneys stopped hurting so I just assumed ALT had gone back down but never actually confirmed that with labs before starting this cycle 2 months later.

No gym today, just worked 14 hrs after sleeping 4, I'm resting today. As for diet I ate my normal 2 greek yogurts and breakfast bowl for breakfast, 1 bean/ chz/chorizo taco 2 hrs later, and all I've eaten since then was a Marie Calendars Chicken Pot Pie (33grms protein) and a couple handfuls of nuts since then. Trying to figure out dinner as we speak
