#1. Overhead (Plate) Tricep Ext
This activates my core, lower back, glutes and tricep muscles.

#2. Upright Row
Strengthens upper back and shoulders.
(5x15)
#3. Alt Steering Wheel Raise
Targets shoulders, traps and forearms.
(5x15)
#4. Tricep Dips
Activates core and targets upper arms.
(5x15)
#5. Plate Hammer Curls
Targets biceps, brachioradialis and brachialis muscles.
(5x15)
#6. Alt DB Curls
Strenghtens and grows my biceps.
(5x15)
