I usually start eating breakfast around 8am. For Breakfast I eat a minimum of 4 eggs. Sometimes I fry them in olive oil and sometimes I just boil them. After breakfast I take my plethora of supplements which I listed above in the log introduction. For lunch I usually do an all you can eat shabu shabu place near me. It’s $20 for all you can eat and I usually consume a minimum of 15 plates of thin sliced rare steak. Each plate is 3oz. So I normally consume at least 2.5 lbs or more of thin rare steak flash cooked in boiling water. I also help my self to the open vegetable bar they have their and fill my plate with raw broccoli and bok choy. When it’s time for Dinner I like to cook either 1lb of ground beef or a 1lb steak. I like to eat my steak or ground beef with a couple baked potatoes or rice. Sometimes both. Along with dinner I normally like to have a salad which I prepare with baby spinach, kale, radishes. beets, and tomatoes. I always go light on the salad dressing and go with a typical Italian dressing nothing fancy. For dessert I like to eat at least a half pound of fresh dates and a banana.
