I had breakfast at 8am. For breakfast today I had 6 boiled eggs with a fresh squeezed glass of orange juice. At 12pm I made a 8oz Hamburger with vegan cheese and gluten free bread. Unfortunately gluten isn’t my only issue, I’m also lactose intolerant. Had a glass of almond milk with my burger.
Then I ate a kale salad with half a cucumber in it and Italian dressing. I had dinner at 6pm. For dinner I had chicken curry with 8oz of chicken and a cup of rice. For dessert I will eat two bananas tonight.
