Running the Winny at 10mg twice a day but yesterday I decided to try 20 mg twice a day. Definitely felt more aggression which is good and bad.

Yeah my meals have been pretty much the same. Today I had 6 fried eggs and a gluten free toast for breakfast. For lunch I had a chicken fried rice with two eggs and 8oz of chicken. For dinner tonight I’m gonna have chicken curry with two cups of rice and 8oz of chicken. For dessert I will eat two bananas.

Today I went to Jiu Jitsu at 10am and helped my coach out with a 1 hour private lesson. After that class started at 11am and I drilled the moves of the day for an hour. Then I rolled 10 six minute rounds back to back with no breaks. Feeling tired after Jiu Jitsu today so I’m going to rest for the rest of the day and go back and do it all over again tomorrow. Tomorrow I will add some bench press and dumbbell workouts after I get back home from Jiu Jitsu.

Might have just been an off day for me. I took 40mg the other day when I felt extra moody. 20mg at breakfast and 20mg at dinner. Might give it another go just to see if it was something else. I thought 40mg was a low enough dose. Definitely want to get the most out of this cycle.
