my main meal consist of :
1-chicken thigh whit brown rice(125g) or beans, and cauliflower or brocolie (1 cup) or salade.
2-i do some chili with alot of meat and beans.
3-tuna wrap whit some cauliflower or brocolie (1cup) or salad.
4- 4 egg 2 toast and one lean muffin
5- protein Shake 46 protein 2 bar for my carbs.
6- salmon whit rice,cauliflower or brocolie (1cup) or salad. (this is more rare du to the price of salmon)
7- steak ,whit rice or bean ,cauliflower or brocolie (1cup) or salad.
i eat 3 of these meal and 1 Protein shake every day
