I think I notice some water retention like my face is a bit bigger got a comment about it, and its the only negative one I got but nothing to worry about it was just a consideration.
I think I have lost some stamina from when I dropped Ostarine. Days are heavier, I wake up in the morning with bear on my back how we say. Iām muscle sore almost every time so its also heavier to find the mana to go to the gym. But music and preworkout and good old caffeine is always there to help. The workout itself is amazing.

But I think that the recovery post workout is slower???
I finally gone over the 100kg on the squat and reached 120kg god bless my knee.
Iām hitting 36kg dumbells on the incline bench press.
Romanian deadlift 100kg
85kg on the isolated row
And so on.
The inflammation to the bicep tendon is still there and its limiting me a bit. But cant do much about it if i keep training. So Iāll have to deal with it.
Iām fighting through a cold now, but still managed to go to the gym. Hit the squat pr that day.
I took 2 days off my body just couldnāt handle it.
Btw since I came off Ostarine I think i lost some hardness, some volume, shirts feel a bit less tight now and in the mirror i look less āshreddedā which is a big word for me since I dont have the bodyfat for that but you know what I mean. I saw a bit more muscle definition, a bit more veinsā¦etc and the stamina is worse now.
But no side effects, no nipple/balls issues, sleep, acne, sex, etc.
I must admit that doing a cycle is hard. I just hope I didāt waist it, from when I started I just couldnāt follow a 6 On 1 OFF schedule. On averege I would say I hit the gym 4 times a week, some times 6 some times 5 some times 4 but never less then 4.
I arrived sometimes at a point where I just felt exhausted and felt overtrained specially from
a joint point of view. I had to recover.
Today I did blood test. I should have done it by week 6 but this was the only occasion I had.
